| Overview of the position’s responsibilities:
Our Corporate Trainers primarily provide Advanced Technical Training to corporate clients on an on-call basis, particularly in the core areas of Oracle DBA, Oracle PL/SQL, .Net, Java and Oracle Financials based on client’s needs and objectives. Specifically the position also involves the following:
Design of course content for batches in collaboration with Clients, Technical Managers and Account Managers.
Ensure that the quality and quantity of instruction provided in the classroom and to the corporate batches is consistent with the stated objectives of SQLStar and the client’s needs and objectives.
Ensure that the classroom's atmosphere is conductive to maximum learning.
Customize training content and format to fit client’s objectives.
Deliver training in various classroom formats, using relevant training materials such as texts, handouts, class exercises or assessment tools.
Continue to update and revise course content and teaching methodology in order to maintain currency and relevance.
Maintain familiarity with current texts, materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses within the discipline and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
Actively seek ways to improve instruction.
Attend scheduled meetings with client and Account Managers as appropriate
